4. Project Timelines

Project delivery timelines depend on:

  • Technical or operational factors

Estimated delivery dates are guidelines, not guaranteed deadlines.


5. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Tanzanian Shillings (Tsh).

  • 50% upfront payment may be required before starting a project.

  • Remaining 50% is paid upon completion or delivery.

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has begun, except where agreed in writing.

  • For monthly services (accounting, IT support, maintenance), payments must be made before the next service cycle.


6. Revisions & Changes

  • Small edits/adjustments are included depending on the package.

  • Major changes outside the original agreement may require additional fees.

  • Any change that adds new features or pages is considered a new request.


7. Service Delivery

We deliver final work as agreed, including:

  • Website files

  • Graphics

  • Reports

  • System access

  • Training materials

For system-based services, we may provide admin credentials only after full payment.


8. Training Services

Our training programs include practical sessions and guidance.
Clients/students agree not to misuse or illegally redistribute our training materials.

Certificates provided (where applicable) are proof of completion, not qualification licenses.


9. Data & Privacy

We handle client data securely and confidentially.
We do not sell or publicly share your information.
By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Clients must also ensure they provide lawful and accurate data.


10. Intellectual Property

  • Website designs, code, graphics, and materials created before final payment remain our property.

  • After full payment, you receive rights to use the delivered work.

  • You may not resell or distribute our work without permission.

  • Training content and course materials remain our intellectual property.


11. IT Security and Risk Services

Security assessments and consultations are advisory services.
We cannot guarantee complete protection from cyber threats.
Clients must maintain proper security practices after our recommendations.


12. Accounting, Auditing & Forensic Services

Our accounting and auditing services are conducted professionally and ethically.
However:

  • We rely on the accuracy of information you provide

  • We do not take responsibility for undeclared or hidden information

  • Recommendations and reports are based on available data

Fraud investigations follow legal and ethical guidelines.


13. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of data caused by third-party systems

  • Misuse of your website or systems

  • Damages caused by client errors or third-party software

  • Delays caused by incomplete information from the client

  • Cyber attacks after service delivery

  • Business losses resulting from misuse of delivered products

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.


14. Third-Party Tools & Services

Some services may use third-party tools (hosting, plugins, payment tools, accounting software, etc.).
We are not responsible for:

  • Downtime

  • Bugs

  • Licenses

  • Changes in third-party pricing

  • Security issues caused by external platforms


15. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a project at any time.
However:

  • Work already completed must be paid for

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Cancelled training sessions may be rescheduled but not refunded


16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect once posted on this page.
